Wednesday Night Céilidhs

A wonderful Gaelic College tradition, our Wednesday Night Céilidhs are jam-packed with top-notch musicians from here and around the world. Gaelic College instructors, staff, and special guests take to the stage to delight audiences with music, dance, song, and more during these evening performances.

  • Wednesdays evenings (In-person May-December, not streamed only in July and August)
  • 7:30pm-9pm

  • MacKenzie Hall or Hall of the Clans museum (July + August)
  • $15 for adults | Free for youth 12 and under
  • No reservations necessary (unless group bigger than 10)

 


Blas Math Lunchtime Céilidhs

While visiting Cape Breton, be sure to hop in on a traditional concert or céilidh at the College. During the summer, make plans for one of our Blas Math lunchtime céilidhs, and get a taste of our lively music and dance, and a hearty home-cooked meal. Tap your toes to the sounds of fiddle, piano, bagpipes, Gaelic song, and much more when you join us for lunch!

  • Monday to Friday during KitchenFest!: June 28, July 2 – 5, then July 29 – August 23, 2024
  • Food service: 12pm – 1pm | Ceilidh: 12:15pm – 1pm

  • $20/person for céilidh and meal, tickets purchased in Craft Shop
