Over the next week, the CBITTN has upcoming events the team will be attending and hosting.

MARCH 22, 2023

Our team will be attending the Strait Area Chamber: #StateoftheStrait Business Update 2023. This event will feature two panels: Pathways to Economic Reconciliation Panel and Labour Challenges & Opportunities as well as a keynote speaker.

Our Project Manager Eleanor Anderson will present as part of the Labour Challenges & Opportunities Panel.

MARCH 23, 2023

We will be hosting the third of four skills development training sessions at the Colaisde na Gàidhlig / The Gaelic College in St. Ann’s. The topic is Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion with guest facilitator Bradley Sheppard of Sheppard Diversity. This session will explore EDI from a leadership lens.

This will take place in-person in the Dance Studio located in the Education Building from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.

Project Manager Eleanor Anderson will lead the Customer Service Excellence skills development workshop located at our downtown office, 243 Charlotte Street from 1:00pm – 3:00 PM

Participants will explore how to meet and consistently exceed growing visitor expectations pre, during, and post-visit.
