New For 2010 – Three one-week sessions
August 2-6, August 9-13 And August 16-20
(Students may register for one, two, or three weeks of TIP/GAB instruction. The course will be structured so as to avoid repetition in activities from week to week) For more information about the TIP methodology, please visit Total Immersion Enterprises and/or email our Gaelic Director
Hector MacNeil.
TIP/GAB LEVEL 2 is available to students once they are able to comfortably carry on simple conversation about day-to-day matters. At this level, we combine reading and writing with oral learning and practice to deepen and broaden knowledge and ability. In addition to broadening abilities in regular conversation, we will work with assigned readings (involving both narrative and poetry), story creation and interpretation, and more structured oral discussion and presentation. Gaelic will be the only language employed or allowed in the classroom.
